Well done. I really enjoyedI thought she was absolutely brilliant. She was very informative and I was particularly impressed that she is such an advocate for getting all your nutrients through the diet. She followed everything through with sound practical advice on how to implement what we were learning and actually put it on the table in front of us right through from breakfast to dinner. She tackled exercise and feeling hungry and how to deal with that when trying to eat less to be more healthy. I felt really empowered to change and know how to start with immediate effect.
